Patricia Weber brings a bottom-line marketing orientation to WolfBrown’s professional team. Her work focuses on tactical and strategic marketing, including branding, customer loyalty, product development, revenue diversification and ROI-based marketing practices. In her career as a marketing practitioner, Trish has led marketing teams for some of the leading arts and media organizations in the country, including American Ballet Theatre (ABT), the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Long Wharf Theatre and Westport Country Playhouse. Trish has advised arts organizations with $1 million to $30 million operating budgets, including Grand Teton Music Festival, Brooklyn Philharmonic and Eugene Symphony Orchestra. Trish’s focus is on streamlining marketing departments towards maximum capacity and growing top line revenues. She provides a variety of marketing services including marketing audits, strategic marketing plans and interim marketing services. Through these and other processes, she has assisted numerous cultural organizations with taking stock of the their marketing capacities and needs, defining new branding and messaging strategies, launching new product lines, and implementing industry best practices. Prior to pursuing her career as a consultant, Trish worked as a National Marketing Executive for Maryland Public Television and as Associate Publisher of Maryland Magazine. She served as Trustee of the Contemporary Museum in Baltimore She is a member and advocate for the Family and Children’s Agency in Norwalk, Connecticut, and helps coach girls lacrosse. |
