Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation
After years of rapid growth as a new foundation, the board and staff knew that it was time to create this agency’s first strategic plan. They wanted to encourage more donors to give to the Foundation’s general and town/county funds; to focus the Foundation on high-potential initiatives; to leverage the knowledge and abilities of the Board and staff; and to expand the network of friends and donors. WolfBrown designed and guided this process, and has subsequently conducted annual board/staff retreats to ensure that the plan is updated and on track.
