Brooklyn Public Library
Brooklyn Public Library engaged WolfBrown to assist the Library’s Board of Trustees and Foundation Board in implementing and monitoring elements of the organization’s strategic plan. The consultants worked with a joint steering committee to develop a multi-year blueprint to guide the implementation of Trustee and Foundation initiatives relating to the plan. To prepare for this work, the consultants reviewed the strategic plan in its entirety, identified elements that were the responsibility of the boards, and conducted a series of interviews with members of both boards as well as members of senior staff. The results were a governance assessment, implementation plan, and mechanism for evaluating the execution of the plan.
