Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham
Upon completing a cultural plan for Greater Birmingham, Alabama, consultants from WolfBrown were invited by the local community foundation to continue their assignment. Specifically, the consultants were asked to assist with the search for an Executive Director for the newly created Regional Cultural Alliance. Working with a local committee of the board, the consultants developed a job description, prepared advertising copy and took care of placement, talked to a broad network of nominators and potential candidates, recruited applicants, undertook a screening and preliminary interviewing process, checked references, and eventually organized the final interview process for a timely and successful hire.
