Fort Wayne Museum of Art
When a potential deal for acquiring an adjacent space fell through, the board of The Fort Wayne Museum of Art decided to take a serious look at possible renovation or expansion. The consultants conducted interviews with staff and board members to assess existing space needs and future aspirations. Research about the audience potential of the Greater Fort Wayne market was conducted, as well as an analysis of comparable markets. Douglas Moss of Holzman Moss Architects performed an analysis of existing space usage.
Guided by this research, the consultants assembled a report that provided several options for expansion focusing primarily on re-configuration of existing spaces. The Board is now developing a case statement for the project to assess funding potential.
