Following the successful completion of a cultural plan for Greater Hancock County, WolfBrown was engaged to undertake an arts education plan. Working with a team from Urban Gateways in Chicago and a local Steering Committee, WolfBrown conducted in-depth fact-finding with school personnel, arts organization representatives, funders, and other constituents. WolfBrown also provided a comparative program report, identifying national models that might be adapted to local conditions. Recommendations pro-vided to the client have been designed to be consistent with the guidelines of the Ohio Arts Council, a major potential funder of the program.
