International Quilt Study Center
Prior to its move into a newly constructed dedicated museum building, the IQSC, located at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, engaged WolfBrown to assist with a strategic planning process in preparation for great change over a five year period. WolfBrown conducted interviews and focus groups and facilitated meetings of a board/staff planning committee to develop a plan, which the Center has successfully implemented, to transition into its new headquarters, new programming, and new organizational structure.
