Mertz Gilmore Foundation
The Board of Directors of the Mertz Gilmore Foundation was in the process of considering a critical set of programmatic, policy, and administrative issues that would determine the future direction of the Foundation. WolfBrown consultants assisted the Foundation in developing a meeting agenda and preparatory materials for a day-long board retreat. WolfBrown attended the meeting, providing counsel throughout, and then prepared a meeting summary that has been used to guide subsequent action.
