Museum of Fine Arts, Boston
With a 15-year strategic plan in hand, the Museum of Fine Arts engaged WolfBrown to assist it with its implementation. The consultants first worked with the Museum’s Strategic Planning Team to determine the best way to go about managing the planning process. After determining which issues remained to be resolved, including specific actions for consensus building within the Strategic Planning Team, Board of Directors and staff, the consultants facilitated the board and staff retreats. As with all WolfBrown meeting facilitations, the consultants developed the agenda for each meeting as well as generated post-meeting notes for internal review and application.
