Palm Beach County Cultural Council
WolfBrown consultants undertook a major cultural planning initiative for this south Florida county roughly 1/3 the size of the state of Massachusetts. Working with a county-wide steering committee, the consultants conducted dozens of meetings and interviews, developed a cultural budget, performed extensive market research (specifically in relation to a cultural facility under consideration in the Boca Raton area), examined facility issues in the City of West Palm Beach and the villages of Tequesta and Wellington, as well as detailed components are cultural tourism, outreach, and funding. The plan — along with a separate document for the City of West Palm Beach — was submitted in August, 1997.
