Pittsburgh Cultural Trust
WolfBrown consultants were engaged to assist the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust in the development of a long-range program plan for the agency. The purpose of the project was to help the Trust consider its future structure, programs, activities, and mission in relation to the opportunities for arts, economic, and real estate development in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District and the City as a whole. Research for the planning process was conducted by the consultants through over 80 in-depth interviews with Board and staff of the Cultural Trust, Board and staff of other cultural organizations, public officials, funders, business leaders, educators, and representatives of the media. The final report provided an overview of the key issues raised during the research process, consultant recommendations for options regarding the structure and programs of the Trust, and an assessment of and budget for the financial implications of these options.
