BRIC
BRIC, an arts and media organization administering public access television for cable companies in Brooklyn, New York, needed to design a new community media strategy and program based on recently signed long-term grant agreements with its cable companies. With significant new resources to expand and build upon the media services it already offered to local residents, BRIC’s staff and Community Media Committee asked WolfBrown to explore field trends and local needs in order to develop priorities for a community media plan. Following discussion of WolfBrown’s field analysis report, the consultants assisted in the development of a plan framework, which once approved by the Board, provided the outline to guide the staff in developing the details of activities and budget in each area of activity.
