America’s Promise: The Alliance for Youth
America’s Promise: The Alliance for Youth is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth. America’s Promise sought the assistance of WolfBrown to help it expand its funding base. Through a comprehensive development assessment and ongoing counsel, WolfBrown consultants worked with the board and senior management to create and implement a comprehensive resource development plan. Specific recommendations were made about the case for support, the composition and role of the board, staffing, as well as fund-raising infrastructure and systems. The consultants continued to work with the senior management to identify and recruit staff, as well as implement effective development strategies.
