Arts Council of Silicon Valley
After assisting this private sector arts council develop both a regional cultural plan and an internal agency plan in the mid-1990s, WolfBrown consultants helped the community analyze the challenges and opportunities facing orchestral and classical music organizations in Silicon Valley. The process included a number of market studies, analyses of the supply of classical music product in the region, presentations of innovations in the concert hall occurring nationally, comparative analyses of successful classical music organizations in other parts of the country, and a detailed final report that was refashioned into a book, published with the assistance of the David & Lucile Packard Foundation.
