Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts
As the first phase of an institutional planning process, consultants from WolfBrown conducted an organizational assessment of the Annenberg Center, a facility and performing arts presenting entity that is part of the University of Pennsylvania. The project involved almost a hundred interviews with staff, University officials, faculty, students, representatives of performing groups utilizing the Center, and media representatives. The report offered recommendations on how to manage the competing claims being made on the facility by the University and the community, and addressed such issues as mission, programming, identity and image, structure and governance, management and finances, and funding.
