Children’s Defense Fund
WolfBrown consulting team provided a comprehensive fund-raising assessment and ongoing resource development assistance to the Children’s Defense Fund. Faced with budget challenges, staffing changes, and a significant downturn in foundation support, the Children’s Defense Fund (CDF) turned to WolfBrown for a deep analysis of the organization and the assets and obstacles CDF brought to diversifying, stabilizing, and growing its fund-raising base. The consultants completed a lengthy and detailed report, at the same time assisting the organization with interim development office management, proposal writing, and search services.
