Cleveland Community Partnership for Arts and Culture
The consultants completed critical research as part of a seven-county cultural planning process. Components of this research included the development of a regional cultural budget analysis that provided comprehensive detail on revenues and expenses of the cultural sector as well as an economic activity analysis. Also included was a comparative analysis of community cultural leadership in six American cities. WolfBrown consultants assisted with an assessment of the necessary resources to support arts and culture, and conducted detailed research on national models of organizational structures for public and private local arts agencies and arts support for possible adoption in Northeast Ohio. Subsequent to completion of this work, WolfBrown consultants provided additional assistance to the Partnership’s staff in developing comparative models of public funding streams to support local efforts to establish such funding in Cleveland.
