Kansas City Friends of Chamber Music
Upon learning that it had been approved for a major endowment challenge grant, Kansas City Friends of Chamber Music engaged WolfBrown consultants to conduct a comprehensive organizational assessment and pre-feasibility study. Its purpose was to analyze the organization’s strengths and weaknesses and help it position itself for the future, creating a convincing case for support. The assessment included meetings with the board, interviews with organization representatives and experts in the field, benchmarking data with other similar organizations around the nation, and a planning report.
