National Association of Schools of Music
The National Association of Schools of Music invited Dr. Thomas Wolf to speak at its national conference about the changing nature of audiences for classical music and to summarize industry trends described in his book, The Search for Shining Eyes. Written for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the book describes and documents the Knight Foundation’s decade-long initiative to foster change among symphony orchestras and to build audiences for orchestral music.
