North Shore Music Theatre
WolfBrown worked with North Shore Music Theatre to develop a comprehensive board development program, create a strategic plan, and increase the productivity of the Theatre’s development operation. Over a period of three years, the board of trustees doubled in size; board operations were strengthened by a board needs assessment; a written job description for trustees and a board orientation program allowed new trustees to quickly understand their role, including being assigned a current board member mentor; and a new committee structure was created, with each committee’s responsibilities outlined. WolfBrown also helped expand the annual fund drive, increased support from individuals through subscription and membership benefits, and expanded the direct mail and telemarketing programs. A major gifts campaign for annual gifts of $1,000 or more was also designed and implemented.
