NASO — The North Arkansas Symphony Orchestra engaged WolfBrown to undertake some strategic planning as the institution was planning its 50th season. Located in a fast-growing community and linked to a performing arts center that served as its home and management organization, the plan focused on how the orchestra could become stable and successful in the years to come. Part of the planning work involved exploring various orchestra models around the country in order to develop something uniquely its own.
