Vermont Institute of Natural Science
The Vermont Institute of Natural Science is an organization committed to environmental education and research with facilities in Woodstock, Montpelier, and Manchester Vermont. VINS was investigating the possibility of building a new public visitor center that would provide continuing growth for its existing programs while greatly expanding its outreach to the significant number of tourists who visit Vermont each year. WolfBrown was hired to: assist VINS with its strategic planning process by reviewing all documents, facilitating both staff and board retreats, and advising the new center planning committee. WolfBrown subsequently conducted a capital campaign feasibility study. The report was delivered to the Board of Trustees in June, 1999.
