Westchester (NY) Arts Council
The Westchester (NY) Arts Council needed help in identifying key issues facing the agency and its constituents as it began a strategic planning process. WolfBrown consultants conducted a battery of interviews and wrote a situation paper that was reviewed by a planning committee. Subsequently, a revised version of the paper was presented to the full Board at a two-day retreat. Out of the Board discussion grew a new set of goals for the agency’s future and a set of tasks and a timeline for the next steps in planning.
