Convening people to talk through issues, develop consensus, and learn from experience is a fundamental element of WolfBrown’s consulting practice. Services range from facilitated meetings of individuals from one or several organizations, to a convening of leaders to discuss issues critical to a field. Clients find WolfBrown’s enhanced facilitation model to be useful and efficient. Consultants prepare the meeting with selected key interviews, agenda discussions with the client, and a preliminary discussion memo or presentation. The tangible results of these meetings can be documented in retreat reports, strategic plans or published issue papers. WolfBrown consultants also help plan, implement, and document field summits – gatherings of leaders and funders in a particular sector.
