Joe Kluger will host an arts and culture policy discussion with Tom Wolf*, the Democratic nominee for Governor of Pennsylvania, on July 1 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at the Bethany Mission Gallery in Philadelphia. The purpose of the event is to give those attending an opportunity to hear from the candidate about his arts and culture platform, in the context of his policy positions on education, energy and the economy.
