Joseph H. Kluger will speak to the Cosmopolitan Club in Philadelphia on Thursday, December 10. He will share his views on the current challenges and opportunities facing the arts and culture sector in Philadelphia. His talk will focus on recommendations to the new Mayor for things the City can do to strengthen the arts, culture and creative economy sector, and recommendations to those individuals and organizations in the sector for things they can do to make the City and region a better place to live, work and visit.
