WolfBrown completed a cultural plan for this Gulf Coast city that has a strongly supportive city government. The consultants conducted extensive interviews in the community and developed a cultural budget for the cultural sector. The plan was received with enthusiasm by the Mayor and the Arts Council in April of 2001. The Mayor has appointed a committee to begin working on initial implementation.
