American Association of Museums
The American Association of Museums has focused successfully on developing diverse earned income streams, but wanted to re-establish an effective resource development function within the organization that would be able to secure general operating and project contributed support. WolfBrown consultants performed a series of analyses, looking at comparable service organizations, talking with staff, and then with funders, resulting in a set of informative memoranda, as well as final recommendations regarding potential sources of funding and appropriate organizational strategies and structures to pursue such funding successfully.
