American Composers Forum
Prior to the development of a new near-term strategic plan, the American Composers Forum engaged WolfBrown to help consider the dynamics of the field of music as well as the larger environment in which the Forum is likely to be operating over the coming decade. The idea behind the project was to lay the foundation for a flexible framework within which the Forum can take advantage of opportunities and surmount challenges. WolfBrown consultants recruited a half dozen highly informed individuals to participate in a design charette they led with members of the Forum’s board and staff. The consultants then produced a report detailing strategic options for the Forum to consider when drafting the new plan.
