Korea Entertainment Technology Institute (KOETI) is a nonprofit theatrical training and production organization, affiliated with Dongguk University in Seoul, Korea. KOETI invited a consultant at WolfBrown to present a comprehensive arts administration workshop to KOETI faculty and students. The workshop gave KOETI leaders an overview of the basic principles of strategic planning, program development, marketing, communications, fundraising, finance, facilities management, human resources, leadership, and cultural policy.
