Meyer Foundation
WolfBrown was called upon by the Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation, a Washington, D.C. philanthropic leader, to guide the organization in a strategic review and planning process. Because the planning process was the first for the foundation in nearly a decade, great care was taken to describe the changing environment for the foundation’s work. Among the influences that the plan sought to address were the potential for new resources from the newly wealthy, the fundamental changes besetting established institutional donors, and the commitment of the staff and board to focus Meyer’s human and financial resources as effectively as possibly.
