The Shelburne is a fascinating, eclectic folk arts museum in Vermont that was looking for skilled facilitation for a board retreat to build board consensus and jump start a planning process. WolfBrown provided enhanced facilitation services, which included some 20 interviews, the development of a Powerpoint presentation for the board meeting, facilitation of a two-day retreat at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund Pocantico retreat center with simultaneous notes projected for all to see, and post-retreat development of a planning framework.
