The Sentencing Project
The Sentencing Project (TSP), a national organization that advocates alternatives to imprisonment, engaged WolfBrown to conduct its first-ever strategic planning process. This process examined TSP’s particular strengths in research and advocacy and built upon those strengths with a new organizational structure supported by key additions to the organization’s staff and board. With the newly structured organization up and running, WolfBrown also conducted the successful search for a director of development, who works closely with TSP’s new Executive Director. The transition at the very top of the organization occurred only after the founding director was assured as a result of the planning process that the organization could flourish without him.
